SHIPPING POLICY

We work with a number of leading freight companies throughout Australia. Our goal is to get your purchase to you as quick possible whilst still being handled with care. All freight is covered by insurance for customer peace of mind. Generally, items leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. For any wheel purchases that involve custom drilling/machining or painting allow 10-15 business days before your wheels are ready to leave our warehouse. Freight guidelines start from when your purchase is confirmed with one of our in-house technicians.  If you choose local pick-up or in-store fitting you will be notified by phone when your purchase is ready.

For an estimate on shipping, simply enter your postcode and suburb at the checkout and the postage calculator will generate an estimated price. Due to our wide range of different size tyres and wheels, an exact figure can only be provided over the phone or via sales@purnelltyes.com.au
