We offer 100% fitment guarantee on all of our wheels and wheel/tyre packages. Whether you purchase online or have them fitted in our store, our technicians will revise your selection to ensure guaranteed fitment for your vehicle. What happens if they don’t fit? We offer either full exchange or money back guarantee. We also go beyond fitment guarantee and ensure all of our wheels and wheel/tyre packages are load rated to comply with Australian standards.
All of our products come with structural manufacturer warranty and our wheels also come with a manufacturer finish warranty, which covers any surface blemishes. Warranty periods differ with each manufacturer. For any more information on warranties contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We offer full exchanges on all products that are still as new in packaging when received. This excludes any wheel/tyre packages as once we have fitted tyres to wheels they can no longer be sold again as a brand new item. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days after your order has been confirmed by one of our staff members. Any orders using Lombard or ZipMoney may take an additional 3 business days to be processed. Our goal is get your product to you as soon as possible so we will always try to reduce processing and shipping times as much as possible.
We cannot provide a fitment guarantee on any custom wheel orders. If you request a custom offset/width set up it is your responsibility to make sure they fit your vehicle. However, we are more than happy to share our expertise and provide recommendations on custom orders over the phone.
Installation kits are provided for free with any 4 wheels or any wheel/tyre package. This excludes any Ox or Lenso products. Installation kits for these brands can be provided at an additional cost.
