US Mag Wheels was launched in the mid 1960’s by Parnelli Jones and Art Hale Sr. The company was primarily established to specialise in wider rims to accompany the performance tyres that Parnelli was selling through Firestone Tire & Rubber retail stores that he was affiliated with.
The performance car rims were initially sold through Firestone in the Western states and Parnelli Jones retailers shops on the East coast.
During the 1970’s Parnelli shifted his focus to growing his chain of retails shops. At the same time, Art focused on acquiring several smaller wheel companies to gain new technology, design and supplies.
One of the struggling companies they acquired was American Racing Wheels which they decided to consolidate all other brands into. American Racing Wheels grew considerably and quickly became the largest custom wheel manufacturer in the US. When the company was sold in 1988 it was manufacturing nearly 2 million wheels per year.
Several years later, Art’s son (Art Jr) was involved in growing several brands including Concept Neeper, Foose Wheels, MHT and more. In 2010 he re-acquired the US Mag Wheels brand that his father had launched so many years ago.
Using cutting edge technology, they re-introduced the iconic 5 spoke “Standard” and kidney bean “Indy” that originally ignited the custom wheels market in the 60’s.

Vintage One Piece Cast
One piece cast wheels with optional knock off cap available.
Vintage Two Piece Cast
Standard cast centres welded into a polished spun-forged rim. Wheels can be ordered to suit a truck, hot rod or muscle car.
Precision Series
The new range of Precision Series rims are machined from a single 6061 T-6 aluminum alloy forging and available in several sizes from 20×8 to 26×10.
They’ve taken the guesswork out of perfect fitment for your classic or lowered street truck. Tucked, tubbed, slammed and shaved it’ll be a cakewalk for you to get that perfect fitment with the new Precision Series.
Each order is custom made to your vehicles bolt pattern, hub, and brake fitment specs. The Precision Series standard finish is full polish, specialty finishing is always available in-house with brushed, powder coat or liquid paint.
Tuckin Series
Featuring 6061 T-6 Forged Aluminium and CNC machined centres, the Tuckin Series is available in a standard finish, although custom finishes are also available, along with bolted two or three piece construction.
